Founded in November 2023, A Safe Haven Foster Care Network is a vision by Sandra and Lisa, two individuals united by their commitment to improving the lives of children in foster care. Sandra, Executive Director and Founder, holds a degree in Education, Sociology, and Psychology bringing over a decade of hands-on experience in the foster care system as a foster parent and advocate. Her friend, and business partner Lisa, Board President, and Co-Founder, has a degree in Business Administration, over 20 years of business and administrative experience, and eight years in foster care. Together, they bring a powerful blend of expertise and dedication, laying a strong foundation for the organization's success.
