What foster care is...

Foster Care is...

Foster care provides temporary homes for children who cannot live with their biological families due to abuse, neglect, or other challenges. It offers children a stable environment while efforts are made to reunite them with their families or find permanent placements.

What foster Care is not...

Foster Care is not...

  • Foster care is not adoption, though some placements may lead to adoption.

  • It is not a way to earn income; foster parents receive stipends to support the child’s needs, but fostering is about providing love and stability.

  • Foster care is not just about temporary placements; it is about being a consistent and caring presence in a child's life.

SUPPORT THE CHILDREN
